The rich distribution of Light Shed light emission increases the perception of space by balancing luminance on different planes and helping achieve optimum horizontal and vertical semi-cylindrical lighting levels.

The luminaire guarantees cylindrical lighting levels respecting the UNI EN 12464 regulation.

Its light is powerful and comfortable with a variable intensity and colour temperatures that can adapt to people’s visual and perceptive requirements by creating dynamic moods and therefore well-being.

Light becomes smart

Smart sensors succeed in adapting lighting to the life of a location by automatically regulating switch-ons and quantities of light according to specific requirements. Light Shed 60 (version with no light emission) and Light Shed 14 integrate Organic Response sensors, Bluetooth sensors and DALI-2 sensors.

Light Shed has been designed in compliance with Ecodesign and is produced with 100% renewable energy and circular materials and processes.

Durability
95.6% of the environmental impact of Light Shed depends on its use, so it is fitted with high efficiency LEDs (up to 220 lm/W*). We have also optimised the optics and dissipation to guarantee optimum product yield (up to 162 lm/W*), and we use drivers and technologies that allow light flow to be managed according to requirements in order to save energy.

Light Shed consists of a small number of glue-free elements that are easy to remove and therefore repair.
Recycled materials
the thermoformed body (in ABS) is 40% recycled. The packaging consists of 84% recycled cardboard, 100% recycled cardboard corners, a 100% recycled plastic bag and paper tape made from 65% sustainable sources.
100% recyclable
all Light Shed components can be recycled if properly disposed of and transformed.

Light Shed production uses 100% green energy.

at our plant in Recanati where, as of 01/01/2022 our production systems use only energy that is self-produced or from renewable sources (certified by GO certificates from our supplier).
Our electrical energy consumption is also extremely low thanks to the construction and use of a large photovoltaic system (around 7,000 solar panels) at our Recanati plant that, since 2011, has met over 20% of our energy requirements.
We have reduced the weight of this product, so less power is required to produce and transport it.

an international environment certificate, issued by a third-party association, with specialist Product Category Rules regarding luminaires. This document certifies that a product has been developed and produced in compliance with Life Cycle Assessment criteria.
